Acres of Hope: Faith Haven, in Gainesville, Georgia, USA is a PRIVATE entertainment facility. Guests may enjoy this farm/homestead facility by invitation only. Our website and physical location has been created to entertain and connect our guests and customers with the best we have to offer on the platforms and devices our guests prefer. When our guests use our sites and applications, we may obtain certain data from and about guests and their devices. We strive to treat your personal information with care and respect. Accordingly, we’ve designed this privacy policy to provide transparency into our privacy practices and principles in a format our guests can read and understand.

This privacy policy describes the treatment of information provided or collected on websites and applications where posted. This includes our digital properties, apps and applications we make available on third-party sites or platforms. We follow this privacy policy in accordance with applicable law in the places in which we operate. The security, integrity and confidentiality of your information are extremely important to us. We have implemented technical, administrative and physical security measures that are designed to protect our customer and guest information from unauthorized access, disclosure, use and modification. We regularly review our security procedures to consider appropriate new technology and methods. Please be aware that, despite our best efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. We will retain your personal information only for the length of time needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

We may ask for and receive your credit card information if and when you buy one of our products and/or services; however, we DO NOT store your credit card information on any of our servers or keep any records of your credit card numbers.

Credit card transactions are handled by established third-party merchant-processing companies that maintain PCI-DSS compliance. Our order fulfillment is done by our own team members. In the rare case of third-party fulfillment, the third-party company receives the information they need to create and deliver your order either virtually or physically through a third-party courier service. When collecting credit card information for online purchases, we offer secured server transactions that encrypt your information in transit to thwart someone from intercepting it and misusing it.

All components of our business online that are used to process payments meet and maintain the standards set for PCI-DSS compliance. To maintain PCI-DSS compliance, your payment, or PAN, data is not stored within our systems. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access by physical security means. We also encourage our partners and service providers to adopt and follow stringent consumer privacy policies.

Other members of Acres of Hope LLC., may have access to your information where they perform services on behalf of the data controller(s) (as a data processor) and, unless prohibited under applicable law, for use on their own behalf (as a data controller) for the purposes described in this policy. Consistent with applicable law and choices and controls that may be available to you, we may use information collected from you, or from devices associated with you, to:

  • You specifically agree that the Company shall not be responsible for unauthorized access to or alteration or interception of your personal information/data, transmissions or other data, any material or data sent or received not sent or received, or any transactions entered into through our websites. You specifically agree that our Company and/or our websites are not responsible for any content sent using and/or included in our websites by any third party. You further agree that the Company and/or its respective licensors, affiliates and suppliers may make improvements and/or changes to our websites and/or may discontinue any part of our websites at any time.

  • In no event shall the Company and/or its respective licensors, affiliates and suppliers be liable for any hacking or hacking attempts — direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for unauthorized access to, or alteration or interception of, your personal information/data, transmissions or other data, loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of our websites, or for any information, software, products, services and related graphics obtained through our websites, or otherwise arising out of the use of our websites, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if Premiere Radio Networks or any of its suppliers has been advised of the possibility of damages. If this limitation of liability or the exclusion of warranty set forth above is held inapplicable or enforceable for any reason, then the Company’s total and maximum liability for any type of damages shall be limited to your membership fee. If you are dissatisfied with any portion of our online community, or with any of these terms of use, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using our online community and have returned to you the unused pro-rata portion of your membership fee on a 52-week pro-rated basis.

 

Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed in accordance with, and under the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable United States Federal Law, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law, rules or provisions (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), that could or would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia.

  • Should any litigation arise out of the operation of this Policy, you hereby specifically agree that the court which shall have first jurisdiction in any legal matters pertaining to this Policy shall be a court of appropriate jurisdiction, which shall be located within Hall County, Georgia, USA.
